Rachel is very knowledgeable and excels at her craft. She has worked on my lower back troubles for a couple of times and always relieves the pain in a single visit.  I will be seeing her on regular basis from now on to keep me aligned. Wonderful person.

Ferlyn Geiles

Rachel has been an absolute superstar at relieving pain from my accident and educate me on my injury so that I could continue to work out safely. Everyone I've reffered to her have also had great experiences as well and I'll take any opportunity to send someone her way.

Isone Olivier

I saw Rachel for pain in my back and hips. I had cortisone injections and physio, which didn't help. Since seeing Rachel, I have been pain-free. Her treatment is very effective, and the exercises she gave me to maintain my injury have worked really well.

Here’s how it all works

Step 1

Your first visit

When you visit us for the first time, we’ll do a thorough history and assess what you’d like to get out of a treatment plan. Well also advise you on when we think you should come back for a follow-up.

Step 2

Follow-up appointment

Generally we recommend at least two follow up appointments to avoid overloading your nervous system and to give you the best chance at an effective recovery.

Step 3

Ongoing care

Return as often as you feel you need to — I don’t expect you to come in if you don’t need to, but if you do, I’ll ensure the best preventative care remedial therapies provide.
